說明：
一、邇來本市公務人員假借出差勘災之名擅離職守，甚至已涉入違法情事，並遭法院判刑之案件，嚴重損及市府形象及公務信譽，應予警惕。
二、為防杜類此事件再度發生，請各機關學校除加強掌握同仁出差情形，應落實外出登記，完整記載勤務時間、地點、內容，且不定期抽查勤務狀況，如發現同仁未經許可擅離職守，從事與公務無關事項或涉及違（失）法情事，應依相關規定查處，以落實公務紀律。
