一、教師於學期中申請延長病假，於暑(寒)假期間辦理銷假，復於開學後旋即以同一病因申請事、病假及延長病假，因其銷假上班實際日數未達 1 學期以上，故計算延長病假日數時，應含括暑(寒)假日數，惟事、病假日數應予扣除。
